The below applies to all available packages. Please refer back to your chosen package to understand what is included within your purchase.

 

Consultation:

A free online consultation is included within this package. This can be done via phone call or through an online meeting platform.

If you have selected for a face to face consultation and survey, there is an additional fee of *£94 for this. This fee must be paid prior to the appointment and is non-refundable.

 

Floor-plan, 3D renders & digital walk-through:

We will send these along to you as part of your PDF design package.

Please note: 3D renders and digital walk-throughs are for visual purposes only. The furniture that we source will be similar but not identical. Subject to availability.

 

Design revisions:

We are flexible with the revisions that we offer. We appreciate back and forth communication is key and we do not charge by the revision. During the consultation, we will cover all likes and dislikes along with your desired outcome but we understand that sometimes ideas change.

However, if we do find there is not a clear understanding provided and more than the average revisions are being used; we reserve the right to charge up to £49 per revision per room. Alternatively, we reserve the right to terminate the agreement without providing a refund.

 

Product sourcing:

Once you have confirmed you are happy with the outcome of the PDF design package and visuals including floor-plan and/or renders and/or design-board and/or digital walk-through, we will begin your product list.

Payment:

In most cases, full payment is made upfront via the website checkout.

If you have opted for package 4, or further charges have been discussed due to project requirements, please see below terms of payment.

To receive your initial PDF design package, we require 50% of the invoice fee to be paid. This is a non-refundable fee. This is due to the time and resources spent on creating the packages. Once we have completed your project and the package contents is complete, the remaining balance is due.

 

If you no longer require an included service, you can transfer this over to an alternative package but a refund cannot be provided.

 

If you have opted for a package to include product sourcing, please note that we do not hold any responsibility over the quality, availability, price or delivery of these products. This is product sourcing only. A list of product links will be sent to you as the final step and these must be purchased directly with the supplier by yourself.

We will do our upmost to ensure product quality research but we do also highly advise self-research on each individual product to ensure full satisfaction.

 

Timescales of project completion will be given to you during the consultation but please note that these are estimates. Many factors can change these timescales but you will be kept informed throughout the process.
